RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Groove and Gilt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

 

Returns:

Exchanges:

- Exchange Fulfillment: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) promptly. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).

 

Exceptions:

- Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.

- Clearance or sale items may be eligible for returns or exchanges under certain conditions. Please contact our customer care team for more information.
